Hi guys! 

We have a B meet tomorrow at Murraywood. The address is 2050 Cedarbrook Dr- it isn’t the easiest location to find in the back of the neighborhood so you may want to add 5 minutes to your drive time.

Parking:
They have a large grass lot adjacent to the paved lot that is used for overflow parking. When parking in that lot, please leave a space for cars to exit the lot.

The cul-de-sac will be unavailable for parking. However, this area must be open in case emergency vehicles need to use it.

Volunteer Information:
Volunteers need to please check in at the meet ref table (red umbrella) and with Sara Barr. Timers will meet at the table at 5:45.

Warm-ups:
Our team will warm up at 5:30pm, so plan to be at the pool by 5:15.

Concessions:
There will be normal pool concessions and pizza for sale. They accept cash, cards, Venmo, and Paypal.

Seating:
Our team will be able to sit under the overhang by the guard shack and on the pool deck by the baby pool.

There will be some chairs out, but parents and swimmers are encouraged to bring their own chairs, and you are welcome to set up tents for more shade.

Please do not sit in the grassy area behind the blocks. We would like to keep this area free for the swimmers, timers, and officials.

Order of Events:
In the interest of time for everyone Murraywood would like to run the meet in order of most popular events to least popular. We will do the 6 and Under Freestyle event first, followed by all other age groups Freestyle, then Backstroke, then Breaststroke and then Butterfly.
