Good morning and happy Tuesday y'all!

I am excited to announce this year's CSL city meet! For those of you who are unfamiliar, city meet is the culmination of the season where all of the teams in Columbia come together for an A-meet! I would Strongly encourage everyone to sign up if y'all are available! City meet is a great time to show off and to see what year-round swimming looks like!

This year's meet will take place on June 28 and 29 downtown at USC’s racing pool, depending on your child's age. Each age group will have ONE session, so swimmers will not be there for both days. The sessions will happen as follows:

Saturday, June 28th Session 1: 6 & Under and 8 & Under

Saturday, June 28th Session 2: 11-12yr olds

Sunday, June 29th Session 3: 9-10yr olds

Sunday, June 29th Session 4: 13-14yr olds and 15-18yr olds

For this meet, we will have a registration form and waiver provided by the Columbia Swim League. The due date for these forms is Thursday, June 19. Please bring these forms to me! I can accept cash, or checks made payable to Maggie Valentin! Swimmers can pick their own events, and are limited to three individual events per swimmer. I will enter swimmers into relays if we have enough swimmers for each age group!

City meet is a TON of fun for swimmers, and I really hope y’all will sign your kiddos up! I will continue to send out information about the meet over the coming weeks, but for not, I have attached the CSL city meet handbook, and the registration forms. You can also pick one up from me at practice!
